Dear Olive oil Lovers,

I am so proud to tell you that the last Villella DOP EVOO Harvest 2022 has arrived, and it is unbelievable good!
There are many EVOO in the market, but not many EVOO have the same quality.

The Studies are saying that:

  • The extra virgin olive is the most digestible vegetable oil therefore can help the human digestion. The EVOO is the most digestible thanks to its high concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid.

  • The Extra virgin Olive oil can prevent certain tumors thanks to the polyphenols. The properties of the extra virgin olive oil, have received great consideration from researchers because they have proven to exert numerous protective effects against various diseases, including neoplasms. In fact, extra virgin olive oil contains various substances capable of triggering the death of cancer cells.

  •  The Extra virgin olive oil is an essential condiment of the Mediterranean diet. Consumed in the right quantities, extra virgin olive oil does not make you fat! Although it has a high caloric intake, diets with a high content of EVO oil do not cause weight gain or imply a greater risk of developing overweight and obesity.

  • The Extra virgin olive oil fights hypertension

Several clinical studies conducted on hypertensive subjects have highlighted the effectiveness of extra virgin olive oil in reducing blood pressure.

In addition to reducing hypertension, extra virgin olive oil can decrease cardiovascular risk factors, counteract LDL cholesterol, stem damage from oxidative stress, prevent thrombogenesis and improve endothelial function, i.e., the functionality of the blood vessel walls.

  • The Extra virgin olive oil can reduce cholesterol.

The properties of extra virgin olive oil have beneficial effects on the body and on the lipid structure.
